About Personalized Cat Gifts

A little about Personalized Cat Gifts: we are a small online shop for cat people. We turn a photo of your own cat into something you can use every day: mugs and tumblers, fleece blankets, ornaments, socks, T-shirts and sweatshirts, canvas prints, photo pillows and gentle memorial keepsakes. Every item is made to order, one cat (or a whole crew of cats) at a time.

Why only cats?

Most of us have hundreds of cat photos on our phones, and almost none of them ever leave the screen. We focus on cats alone so we can get the details right: the exact shade of a ginger coat, a tuxedo’s white bib, the one ear that always folds back. A gift made from their cat means more than a gift with a cat on it.

Many people come to us after losing a cat. We take those orders, and those photos, with particular care.

How your gift is made

  1. You upload a photo of your cat and see a free AI preview of the design. The preview is an illustration only, so you can get a feel for the design before you order. Our photo guidelines explain which photos work best.
  2. A designer prepares the final artwork from your original photo (not from the preview) and checks it by hand before printing. If your photo will not print well, we contact you first instead of printing something you will be disappointed with.
  3. Your item is made to order by our production partner. Production usually takes 3–5 business days.
  4. We ship it to you with tracking. Free standard shipping on every US order; delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after production. See our Shipping Policy.

What you can expect from us

  • A real person checks every design. The AI preview helps you choose. The print is prepared from your actual photo, with your cat’s real markings and eye color.
  • Room for the whole family. Our multi-cat designs fit two to five cats, so nobody in a multi-cat home is left out.
  • Clear, honest information. We say plainly how we use AI tools for our product images and articles. Our Editorial & Content Policy explains exactly how.
  • We fix our mistakes. If your item arrives damaged, defective or made incorrectly, we remake it or refund you. See Returns & Refunds.
  • Your photos stay private. We use them only to make and support your order, and we never use them in our marketing without your permission. See our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Personalized Cat Gifts is an independent online store run by the Personalized Cat Gifts Team, a small group of cat lovers who handle customer support, design preparation and the guides on our blog. Our items are printed and shipped by our production partner.

Our US business address is in Newark, Delaware. It is a mailing address, not a retail store or a production facility, so we cannot accept visits, pickups or returns there.
