This page explains how Personalized Cat Gifts creates, checks and corrects the words and images on our website, including how we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools. We want you to know exactly what you’re looking at before you trust it or buy from us.

Who is responsible for our content

All articles, guides, product descriptions and images on PersonalizedCatGifts.com are published by the Personalized Cat Gifts Team. The team chooses topics, checks facts, approves images and corrects mistakes. When we publish something, a member of our team has read it in full and approved it.

How we use AI

We’re a small team, and AI tools help us work faster. We use them as assistants, never as the final decision maker.

Articles and guides

• What AI helps with: research outlines, first drafts, rewording, and grammar and spelling checks.
• What our team does: decides what to write about, checks every fact, date and product detail, removes anything we can’t stand behind, adds practical tips and edits the final wording.
• How we check health and safety facts: information about cat health, toxic foods and plants, holiday safety, senior care and end-of-life decisions is checked against sources such as the ASPCA, the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the Cornell Feline Health Center, International Cat Care and the American Association of Feline Practitioners. Where we rely on a source, we link to it.
• What we don’t publish: veterinary, medical, legal or financial advice. If your cat is unwell, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital. Our articles about losing a cat are written to comfort and help, not to replace professional grief support.

Images

• Product images are created by our design team with AI image tools and photo-editing software, based on the real specifications of each product: its size, shape, material, print area and finish. They show what a design looks like with an example cat; they are not photos of a customer’s order.
• Blog images are created and edited the same way to illustrate each article.
• Every image is checked by a person before use. We fix or reject images with errors such as distorted cat anatomy, misleading sizes, objects that aren’t part of the product, or anything unsafe for cats (for example, lilies or lit candles near a cat).
• Your item is printed from your own photo, so it will look different from the example cats in our images. The AI preview on a product page is an illustration only; before printing, our designers prepare your artwork from your original photo and check it by hand.

When we add photographs of real finished products, we’ll label them clearly. Real photos may be lightly retouched (for example, to clean up the background or balance the light), but never in a way that changes how the product looks.

Accuracy and corrections

We check product information (sizes, materials, production and shipping times) against our own records and our production partner’s specifications before publishing, and we review key pages regularly. If you spot something wrong or out of date, email support@personalizedcatgifts.com with the page link. We fix confirmed errors as quickly as we can and update the page date when a change is significant.

Customer reviews

• Reviews on product pages are written by verified customers who bought the product. We never write reviews ourselves, and we never pay or reward anyone for a review.
• We don’t edit what a review says. We may hide personal information (such as a phone number or address), offensive language or content that breaks our Terms of Service.
• We publish positive and negative reviews alike, and we don’t remove a review because it is critical.
• If we ever offer something in exchange for a review, it will be offered for any honest review, positive or negative, and the review will say so.

Advertising and independence

We don’t accept payment to feature products or brands in our articles, and our articles don’t contain affiliate links. When an article mentions one of our own products, the link makes that clear.

Ownership and permitted use

The text, product images, blog images, illustrations, designs, logos and page layouts on this website are owned by Personalized Cat Gifts or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• Not allowed: copying, downloading, re-uploading, editing or reselling our images or text for any commercial purpose, including other online stores, marketplaces, advertisements, print-on-demand listings, social media ads or AI training datasets, without our written permission.
• Allowed: sharing a link to our pages, and quoting a short excerpt with a clear link back to the original page for personal or editorial (non-commercial) purposes.

Your photos

Photos you upload are used only to make and support your order (and, if you use it, to create your AI preview). We never sell them and never use them in our marketing without your permission. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
