Help us answer faster

• About an existing order: include your order number (it starts with # and is in your confirmation email) and the email address you used at checkout.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: attach clear photos of the item, the problem area and the shipping box or label. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Refunds.
• Change or cancel an order: write to us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are possible within 12 hours of ordering, before your design goes into production.
• Not sure your photo will work? Send it to us before you order and we’ll tell you honestly whether it will print well.
