Every mug is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days, and most orders arrive within 8–12 business days in total. Free standard shipping on every US order. For Christmas, order at least three weeks before you need it, and earlier in December. If your mug arrives damaged or misprinted, we remake it or refund you – see returns and refunds.

Photo tips for the round frame

The frame shows your cat’s head and upper chest, so a straight-on or slightly angled face shot works best. Pick a photo taken in daylight where both eyes are sharp and the ears are not cropped, with a little space above them.
