The clear acrylic is laser-cut to follow the outline of the moon and your cat, so the ornament has a gentle, rounded silhouette rather than a plain circle or square.

You personalize the banner: the name goes in the “Cat’s name” box, and the years or a short line go in “Text on your gift”. Our example reads Goodnight, sweet Cleo / 2008 – 2025; you might write only a name and years, or a short phrase such as “Forever loved” or “Sleep well, little one.” Fewer words stay easier to read on a small keepsake.

Choosing a photo

A photo of your cat lying down or curled up suits this design best, because the moon cradles a resting pose. A clear sitting photo can also work; our designers check by hand how it sits on the crescent and will tell you if a resting photo would look better. What matters most is that the face is in focus and the coat colors are true, so daylight photos usually beat flash.
